NEC Scheme
IT Education Programme for Schools in Meghalaya for the year 2009-10
North Eastern Council, Shillong vide letter No. NEC/ST/IT.EDN.MEGH/506/2009 dated 7th August, 2009 has accorded administrative approval for “IT Education Programme for Schools in Meghalaya for the year 2009-10” for an amount of Rs. 1,16,54,695/- (Rupees one crore sixteen lakhs fiftyfour thousand six hundred ninetyfive) only and also sanctioned Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees fifty lakhs) for implementation of the scheme in 25 (twentyfive) schools in Meghalaya. Each selected school will receive the following computing infrastructure :-
